Newman Zieglmeier is an international architectural and interior design practice providing a full range of Design & Build services. Our West London based company undertakes residential, commercial and urban projects in the UK and abroad.

The practice was founded in 2004 by Mark Newman and Thomas Zieglmeier bringing together an innovative approach and the practical facilities to realise any design concept.

We achieve architectural quality through inspiring design combined with commercial sense and close teamwork between the client and design team. Our ‘Outside the box’ thinking creates functional environments which add long-term value. We provide a personalised service from initial ideas to final completion. Our dedication to imaginative and high quality building is independent of scale and location.

Our expertise ranges from refurbishments, new builds and extensions to period and late 20th century homes, conservation areas and listed buildings.

We provide in principle five key service stages:

Concept Design – initial design sketches plus discussions about your preferred option, finalising ideas to draw your suitable layout. 3D visualization.

Planning Process – Development of scaled plans and organise budget cost estimate. Detailed Planning application documents for submission. 90% success rate on approvals.

Construction and Build Preparations – Provisions of detailed scaled technically plans, obtaining quotations on selected products ready for tender.

Site Assistance – Potential coordination of all parties on site; technical monitoring process.

Construction – Liaising with our associated preferred contractors allows us to offer a seamless Design & Build service.

We assist in recommending one of our long standing partners of engineers and surveyors, which are often required. Throughout the years we have gained expert knowledge of reliable suppliers and construction companies to form a team to undertake your project beyond expectations.

The practice brings together a unique combination of Art, Architecture, Product Design and construction. By cultivating close relationships with clients and translating briefs into successful buildings. Over the last 16 years Newman Zieglmeier have built up a comprehensive portfolio of work.
