We were commissioned to come up with a concept for a new build residential development next to Roundwood Park in NW10 London. The 13-apartment development on Harlesden Road sits between the bohemian area of Kensal Rise and the socially more deprived Harlesden. Our client required to handle the split between high end apartment vs affordable housing. The 13 apartments are spread between a cube and an elevated bar. The Black & White brick facades are taking references of the local character. All amenities as communal garden spaces, a small playground, parking, and cycle storage were presenting an attractive scheme for young families and professional singles and couples.
