ALL SAINTS ROAD

YEAR/2019

LOCATION/LONDON,UK

TYPE/RESIDENTIAL

A maisonette apartment on this iconic Notting Hill street in need of renovation, re-configuration and extension. our client's aspiration to create an eclectic city pad in contrast to their Suffolk country house. we divided the property on the grounds of the old Notting Hill housing trust into a living/entertainment area on the ground floor and a more private bedroom and rear garden zone on the lower ground.

The central Crittall screening allows for a fluent transition between the front shaker style kitchen and the rear sitting area. a brave approach to colours and mix of old and new helps to trigger our clients memory of the 1970's extrovert ambiance in the area when they used to reside there permanently.
